VVarMachine Security Services, LLC is a Tactical Realism unit based around a private military company of the same name.
The unit centers around the infantry and the use of specialized support assets to fill various mission types across numerous disciplines and styles. This is accomplished through the use of four key systems unique to VVAR.
- A player-driven combat experience. Mission planning doesn’t rest solely with the mission maker but instead with the players. Once a mission is defined a battle plan is drawn up by infantry leadership and carried out with the mission maker acting as the commander of enemy forces and support coordinator for friendly forces leaving as much as humanly possible in the hands of the members.
- A flexible billet system. The most important part of a VVarSecServices operation is the infantry. The ability of the infantry to be flexible and able to learn and maintain multiple roles to adjust to the needs of a mission is a cornerstone of how we play.
- Simple gear restrictions. VVarSecServices values the individual and the expression of themselves through their kit. With simple restrictions, we hone in on our target experience without smothering that creativity.
- A no-nonsense gear pointing system. This lays out and balances weapons and kits in a highly individualized environment to keep the focus on squad level gameplay.
What do we play?
VVarSecServices focuses on private contracts ranging from VIP escort and logistics to plausible-deniability troops in support of NATO and UN forces. Mission objectives vary as widely as the job and environment require.
When do we play?
Regular scheduled operations take place every Friday:
- Gearcheck starts at 19:00 ET.
- Briefing is at 19:30 ET.
- Mission Kick-off is at 20:00 ET.
VVarMachine Gaming
VVarSecServices takes its name from its parent organization VVarMachine Gaming. VVAR Started in Planetside 2 as NC on the Connery server and in the seven years since it has continued to bring its unique no-nonsense tactical style to games such as Star Citizen, Hell Let Loose, Arma, Planetside 2, Digital Combat Simulator: World, and others. Both the Teamspeak 3 server and game server are generously hosted by the community.
